Policy
The refundable deposit of QR10,000 is for all new students commencing at DESS with effect from September 2012.
This deposit is only applicable to new students entering all levels Preschool to Year 6. There are no discounts for
children who already have siblings enrolled with DESS.
Payment of Refundable Deposit
The refundable deposit is due as indicated on the invoice. Failure to pay the refundable deposit by the due date given
will result in your childs place being withdrawn.
Refund of Refundable Deposit
The refundable deposit will be refunded under the following circumstances:
1 months written notice is provided before the end of term, excluding holidays.
All school fees due are paid in full including assessment fees, registration fees, late payment fees, invigilation
fees and courier charges. For any outstanding amounts owed, these will be deducted from the refundable
deposit.
