In dance, counterpoint is the relationship
between two or more dancers that are
independent in movement and
dynamics but they
are kinetically interdependent. In its most
general aspect, counterpoint involves the
dancing of movement phrases that look
different and move independently from
each other but look harmonious when
shown simultaneously.

Could it be conceivable
that the ideas now seen
as bound to a sentient
expression are indeed
able to exist in another
durable, intelligible
state?
