ORDER
For resolution before this Office is complainants Motion for Leave to
Admit Amended Complaint dated June 08, 2015 impleading WCH Construction
and Development represented by Jerome Lagman and Spouses Marty and
Janet Villanueva as party respondent. Similarly, movants also sought the
issuance by this Office, the provisional remedy of a Cease and Desist Order, in
the meantime that the main case is pending resolution.
Considering that respondents Social Housing Finance Corporation
(SHFC) and Spouses Jeremias and Rosalinda Lagman have already filed their
respective Answer/Comment to the Complaint dated February 06, 2015 and
initial mandatory conference was already conducted in this case, respondents
are hereby directed to file their Comment to the said Motion with prayer for
Immediate Issuance of Cease and Desist Order within five (5) days from receipt
hereof. Otherwise, this Office will be constrained to resolve the pending
incident on the basis of the evidence submitted by the movants.
