Gearing Towards A Pro-Active Maintenance System

INSTRUCTIONS :
1 Gather previous machine history records, data, and experiences of others and rank each machine on the inventory lists
according to the evaluation ranking criteria matrix for every equipment, wherien Rank C is the worst machine
2 Try to consolidate all the Rank A machines and determine the worst machine for every consequences
3 Place stickers on every machine to be provided by the TPM Office and update once the machine's worst condition had
been restored
