MUST be PUNCTUAL 2 marks will be deducted for every minute the group is
late
Please be appropriately dressed
The groups work must be saved in a single file/folder. I do not allow any group
member to insert/open a file from another pendrive during presentation
Presentation for each group must NOT exceed 20 minutes. You will be asked to
stop after your 20 minutes is up
Presentation should cover the following:
a. Intoduction of group members only 1 time - dont need to do this over and
over again
b. Intro of company/business what, where, why.
c. Organizational chart
d. Remuneration table, furniture and fittings table, ADMIN BUDGET TABLE
e. Product/Services
f. Target Market, Market Size, Market Share (in detail ; show calculation)
g. Sales Forecast
h. MARKETING BUDGET TABLE
i. Operation flow chart
j. Materials purchased or equivalent (based on sales forecast, marketing plan)
k. Machine and equipment
l. Operational lay out (if relevant)
m. OPERATION BUDGET TABLE
n. Explain Project Implementation Cost Table and Sources of Fund Table
o. Show Cash Flow Stetement
p. Explain Income Statement
q. Conclude should proceed? Should apply for loan?
** You are strongly advised not to read each and every figure eg. Salary of
marketing manager RM4000, etc but to show the tables and read only the total
Submit report just before group presentation. If necessary, I will allow the group
to make relevant corrections. Submit HARD COPY AND SOFT COPY (cd or
folder) of report.
Give a good, clear but brief presentation. Present in a strong voice. Do not
mumble because this will take more time. Be enthusiastic about your project.
Then only I feel like listening.
Dont blame your friend/s during presentation. This is very unhealthy behavior.
