What You Will Do
Determine short-term and mid-term marketing strategy for Livestock segment, new product development, new product launch and portfolio optimization Develop and implement Countrys brand plan and appropriately implement regional marketing Provide technical support to end-users and distributors Manage technical training in-house, distributor, customer and business partner training Maintain technical exchange with different Bayer subsidiaries Manage/supervise subordinates/technicians Manage advertising, P&I budget, forecasting, local change management
What You Are Good At
University degree in Veterinary/ Animal science or equivalent; MBA certificate is a bonus AT LEAST 4 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE IN ANIMAL HEALTH COMPANY WITH SIMILAR FUNCTION Strong marketing ability and broad overview of the animal husbandry industry Strong leadership, very good at communication and presentation skills Fluent in English and Vietnamese Good team spirit, honest, reliable and self-motivated
