The City shall provide to


the contractor, a
schedule outlining the
revised prices for the
next year period. Revise
prices will be based on
the escalation factor
outlined in the contract
specifications. Upon
receipt of the revised
prices from the City, the
Contractor shall issue
an adjusting invoice for
any previous invoices
issued and / or paid by
the City during such
one-year period at the
old prices.
The Contractor will be
required to provide
documentation at the
Contract Administrators
request. Such
documentation may
include but is not
limited to: WSIB
certificates, safety
records / policies,
training records, health
and safety records /
policies operational
procedures. Updated
information, documents
and records are to be
forwarded to the City.
