INSTITUTIONAL FIT
I think Elon University is an excellent fit for me and I will definitely consider
working at Elon after graduation. There is a strong sense of community on
campus, which is incredibly important to me; I think that can be attributed to the
caring faculty/staff, rich history of traditions, intentional mission and vision, and
strong leadership. I hope to work at an institution that focuses on the student
experience, and Elons commitment to engaged-learning embodies that.
Additionally, the size is perfect for me, because as a staff member you can truly
focus on your functional area while also getting the opportunity to collaborate
across the division.
