Call to Order: A regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Sutherland Springs Condominium Association
was held at Thurkettles condominium on June 30, 2014. The meeting convened at 6:30 pm., President

owners !may not bring dogs with them as per the by-laws. The SSCA Board of !

Directors must adhere to Article VII, (i) of the bylaws which states that Pets are !

not allowed in the project. If condominium owner owns a pet at the time of !
!
purchase of a unit, however, the pet will be allowed subject to all pet policy rules,
!
regulations, and restrictions. TEMPORARY GUESTS OF, AND THOSE LIVING !
!
WITH A CO-OWNER, MAY NOT BRING PETS INTO THE PROJECT. Dogs !
!
owned by visitors currently in Sutherland Springs must be removed on or before !
!
November 1, 2014.!
