Phase Percent Complete:

Risks

90%

Quality

The phase is ahead of schedule. All languages have been implemented except for French due to no qualified translator
agreeing to provide translation at the time of this report. In addition, development time for this phase has exceeded
expected values. However, this is not expected to impact deliverables due to an estimated 90% completion rate for
features added this iteration. Additional features being added to this iteration are to replace unimplemented features
that are no longer desired by the client. User acceptance testing of the application with end users has led to a change in
the target audience of the application from individuals with autism to people who have difficulty with vocal
communication. This change should not affect the schedule due to functionality and user stories in the application
remaining unchanged for the iteration.
