Using the PowerPoint and student`s book.

PEER OBSERVATION: AREA OF FOCUS


The observation will be focus on what the ecosystem is, and what is the living things and
non-living things that lived there in each kinds of ecosystem.
Observed Strengths:
Using the big board includes the picture of
ecosystem was so brilliant to take the attention of
the students.
Using the cards and caption was pretty good to
motivate the students, In addition the strategy
when you let each two students to discus with
each other to give the answer.
The materials she used was effecting in making
the students more working on the activities.
Giving the instructions was so clearly to the
students.

Suggestions for further development:

Some of the students just setting, they are not


working with the groups, so you should to make
sure all of the students are working.
Let one of students to collect the materials after
they finish from the activity to give it to you, to
avoid that some students are playing with it, and
they didnt pay attention for you.

The second time when observe my colleague it feels so comfortable, and more confident
about herself. Strategies was so pretty good. The meaning for the ecosystem was clearly
when she explain it to the students. Also the rules that she puts on the wall was working
with the students. I discuss with my colleague about the strengths and some suggestions
to improve her next class. Even I was so agree with her strategies when she gave the
instructions and manage the students.
