Introduction
It is with great honor and pleasure to join ABC Elementary, staff, and
community, as your new principal. As an educator, it has been my mission
to motivate and inspire students, staff, and the community-based partners,
to be life-long learners, striving towards personal success and leadership.
As we begin the new school year together, I have established a formal
Entry Plan, extending over the school year, allowing me to listen to the
many stakeholders of our school, learn from you, and introduce myself.
Together, we will all work hard, support one another, grow, inspire
minds, and continue to support the ABC Elementary family.

VISION

The vision of ABC Elementary is to empower all

members of our school community to reach their full
potential in an environment characterized by respect,
ownership, and kindness. Data-driven researched based
instructional practices are utilized in order to meet
individual student needs. An integral and rigorous
curriculum will ensure student mastery upon skills,
creating student-centered learning, towards College and
Career readiness. Ongoing teacher professional
development and collaboration, geared towards
technology, student mastery, and engagement,
empowers students to reach their fullest potential,
reaching individual growth, and become critical thinkers
and problem solvers.

Core Values
Collaboration and Teamwork: Together, all stakeholders at ABC Elementary
will work together, meet regularly, and committedly strive for individual student
success, in order to create life-long learners, and leaders.
Data Analysis and Accountability: Everyone is accountable for data results;
analyzed regularly and systematically. Student growth is a direct correlation from
curriculum , assessments, and instruction that is relative, informative, and
cohesively tied systematically.
Expectations: Students, staff, parents, and community members must have
high expectations for themselves and the students; working together to create a
positive environment and an atmosphere of highly-engaged, and highly-effective
learners.
