The Site Development Plan shall be drawn with the North in a vertically upward
direction with site concepts describing the site planning approach through
illustrations and text relative to the criteria
Aerial perspective with spot view shall show the whole site

3. Drawing Set 2 Building/ Structure Plans

Use scale 1: 200m.
Select floor plans of structures
Two (2) sections of select structures: longitudinal and cross section
Elevations showing the four (4) major orientations
4. Drawing Set 3 Design Details
Building design concepts shall describe the planning and approach through
graphical representations and text relative to the criteria.
Four perspectives showing key points on plans, highlighting the (a) 85-HotelGuestroom and (b) Reception Area interiors, and the following exteriors of (c)
Resort Facility, and (d) Cultural Facility (eye-level exterior perspectives and spot
perspectives).
