개요

EPOKUKDO KDS 시리즈는 Bis A, Bis F, Bis E 및 기타 특수 타입의 저염소분 수지로 특히 KDS-8170, KDS-8128, KDS-
8161은 BPADGE (Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Ether) 또는 BPFDGE(Bisphenol F Diglycidyl Ether)의 성분이 98%이상의 고순
도 에폭시 수지로 저점도 수지입니다. 가수분해성 염소분 (Hy-Cl) 및 젂염소분 (T-Cl)이 일반타입의 에폭시 수지보다 월
등이 낮은 수준으로 회로의 Pitch Size를 줄여 줌으로써 젂자재료 분야에 적합하며, 저점도로 높은 물성을 나타내기 때
문에 섬유강화복합재료 분야에도 사용 가능합니다. 특히 KDS-8161의 경우 난결정성 고순도 에폭시 수지로 반도체용
액상 봉지재용으로 적합하며, 기타 특수 타입의 저염소분, 고순도 수지 또한 고객의 요구 순도에 맞추어 제조 가능합니
다.

KDS-8000 시리즈는 희석제의 양을 줄이고

고성능, 저염소, 저점도를 동시 실현할 수 있습니다.

- 기존의 범용제품인 자사의 YD-128과 대비하여 기계적, 열적 특성의 저하가 거의 없기 때문에 대체하여 사용 가능합니다.

- 기존 에폭시 수지와는 다르게 분자 내에 –OH 관능기가 없기 때문에 반응속도가 느릴 수 있습니다.

- 각 제품은 순도가 높기 때문에 KDS-8161, KDS-8161P를 제외하고는 결정화 될 수 있으며, 80℃ 정도의 오븐 또는 중탕으

로 가열하면 물성 변화 없이 사용가능합니다.

- Thio-Phenol, TGAP, TGDDM 및 기타 특수 구조 에폭시 수지의 저염소분, 고순도 화가 가능하여 고객의 요구에 맞게

제조 가능합니다
