Manage a geography with a monthly turnover of INR 80 Million across the GT, Organized Trade
and Online channels
Managing and driving a large sales force of 22 Sales Representatives and 30 Sales
Consultants across the region
Strategic Account Management for high-volume growth and sales of key accounts in the
territory

Responsible for delivering differentiated Nokia consumer experience in all Experience


stores & driving store-wise Value growth. which include Nokia Branded Retail and
Nokia Solution Partners
Distribution: Execution of distribution metrics, ensuring channel hygiene and profitability
Local Marketing Activities: New product launch initiatives via differentiated consumer
experience

achievement in India
Oct13: Awarded the Best SM in the region for delivering Best Business growth of 100% over JA-S average
Awarded the Best SM in the region for achieving a Lumia growth of 150% between JulySept2013
Received T3 Awards for being the Top Sales Manager in the region in the month of April,
October, September
Managed retail sales & business growth of biggest e-commerce account Flipkart & OT partnerIVR
Achieved 150% growth over existing WOD of the highest selling flagship model of Nokia in July

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Bulls Eye is a national retail marketing excellence program for Organised Trade stores like Spice
etc.
Responsible for managing a team of 5 KAM And 17 KAE for proper field execution of Bulls Eye
Conduct Pan India training of the merchandising agencies on the system and process of the
program

ACHIEVEMENTS

Improved the coverage of Bulls Eye and expanded the program nationally across all OT accounts
in India

Simplified the Scoring mechanism and the parameters of the program resulting in improved
execution

Increased the Pan India score of Bulls Eye from 30% to 55% by correcting the flaw in the scoring
metrics
