Any changes to this agreement must be done so in writing or they will be null and void. In & Out Pet has
the right to make any changes to this agreement at will and without notice. With any changes, a new
agreement will be presented before any new services are rendered.

Policies and Procedures


The client hereto agrees as follows:

1) In & Out Pet and its employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a
reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express
condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against In & Out Pet or its
employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of In & Out Pet.
2) In & Out Pet will work with most animals in the yard; however we will not work around
aggressive animals. If we cannot access your yard because of an aggressive animal, you will
still be charged for the visit.
3) Please be sure the gate is free of any obstructions (i.e. snow or lawn furniture) and is
unlocked. If we cannot access your yard, you will still be charged for the visit.
4) In & Out Pet agrees to disinfect all boots and tools after each visit to guarantee a safe
environment for you and your animal.
5) In & Out Pet will bag all waste and will place it in your trash can.
6) In & Out Pet will not accept time specific calls as we cannot guarantee specific times
accurately. A two hour window is acceptable.
7) In & Out Pet will not be responsible for any keys the client has asked to be mailed.
8) Business and visiting hours fall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and services are
usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule.
9) In & Out Pet reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety
concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
10) Client is responsible for making arrangements for snow removal. Visits may not be made in
snow covered driveways and/or walkways because of safety concerns.
11) Please let us know if you and your animal will be away and would like to put your service on
hold.
12) If your scheduled service day falls on a holiday or there is bad weather, we will reschedule for
either the day before or the day after. If there is snow on the ground and we cannot get
all/any of the pet waste you still will be billed for the service.
13) Payment is expected before services are rendered, unless client is on a monthly billing
cycle.
14) If you are late on monthly payment you will be charged a $15 late fee, if you are more
than 60 days late on your monthly payment your service will be canceled and your
account will be sent to collections.
15) You may discontinue your service or change your service at any time. Please give us
written notice so that we may make those changes.
16) Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of scheduled visit or you will be
charged the fee for that visit.
