Altisource provides services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions principally related to real estate and
mortgage portfolio management, asset recovery and customer relationship management. Utilizing integrated
technology that includes decision models and behavioral-based scripting engines, we provide solutions that improve
our clients performance and maximize their returns.
Altisource has three primary business segments:

Mortgage Services - Mortgage portfolio management services that span the mortgage lifecycle (e.g.
origination, valuation, closing and title services, default management services, asset management and
component services)

Technology Products - REALSuite of applications (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation,
vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software) as well as our IT
infrastructure services
Online Real Estate Products - Hubzu.com and Owners.com are Altisources Online Real Estate Marketplace
portals.

Financial Services - Asset recovery and customer relationship management

About the Job

1.Description of roles and expectations:

We hire the top talent from the best business schools to join Altisource as Practice Managers. They join one of
Altisources various Business groups (Like Mortgage Services, Financial Services, and Technology Services) and Support
groups (like Finance/Corporate Strategy). We currently have requirements in the following roles:

Financial Services Operations/Strategy/Analytics

Mortgage Services Operations/Strategy/Analytics

Technology Product Management/Project Management

Finance/Corporate Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver plans and controls in business that reflects integrated thinking. Improve existing business operations
planning and reporting.

Understand complete operational decision making impact and cost in delivery of the newly defined business

Project management responsibilities; develop project plans for ad-hoc projects and manage projects through
to completion. Must work across departmental lines and among varying disciplines such as IT, Finance,
Operations, Compliance, Training, etc.

Collaborate internally with senior management and leadership on new initiatives, reporting needs, new
processes and strategic projects.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills, ability to work with people to gather information and formal / structured presentation skills
are a must.

Communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams to manage business pipeline and measure progress and
milestones

Possess skills to define integrated operational information to reflect progress in business segments. Define
appropriate controls on the process to ensure that business objectives are met.

2. Salary: INR 1,800,000 Per annum (Base: 1,530,000; Variable: 270,000)
