Coming Up

Ash Wednesday on Feb. 10 - Service at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary.


Pancake Dinner at 5pm in Whittler Hall. The Haiti Clean Water
Team will be serving pancakes, eggs and other breakfast fixins
before the Ash Wednesday service. Please RSVP at www.moumc.
org/forms so that we have enough for all! We will collect a special
offering for Loaves and Fishes during the Ash Wednesday service.
New Seekers Class Series - On Feb. 14 the Seekers class will
begin a new six-week series based on John The Gospel of Light and
Life by Adam Hamilton. The Seekers Class welcomes any adults
looking for a place where fellow Christians grow together in our
faith. Seekers Class meets at 10am on Sundays in room 302.
Barnabas Ministry - Know of someone who needs a little
encouragement? Or has a joy to celebrate? The anonymous
Barnabas Ministry at Missouri UMC provides reminders that we
dont walk alone, but that God and a community of faith walks with
us as we share the joys and sorrows of life. Please let Barnabas
know of those who need a sign of Gods presence by putting their
name, contact information and a brief description of why they need
support at this time in the Barnabas box outside the church office. .
Community Volunteer Opportunities Loaves and Fishes - Located at Wilkes Blvd. UMC, this is a
ministry that provides a nutritious meal for the people in our
community. Missouri UMC forms teams to serve at Loaves and
Fishes the second Saturday of every month. Interested in serving?

PATCH (Parents and Their Children) - Volunteers are needed
to drive children to Chillicothe to visit their mothers, who are
incarcerated at Chillicothe Correctional Center. Contact: Terri
