Dear Alumni,
We are proud to inform that the Alumni Association of Govt. College of Art and Craft,
Kolkata is going to celebrate the Closing Ceremony of Glorious 150 th Anniversary of
the college from 29th September to 6th October, 2015.
This celebration will contain an exhibition of artworks of the Alumnus and the faculties
of the college , covering 150 years (1864-2014) which will supposed to take place at
college premises and the Academy of Fine Arts (all the galleries). Apart from the
exhibition, Alumni Association is arranging seminars and also publishing a documents
on the history of this heritage institution. An attempt has been taken to publish a
Commemorative Stamp on the 150 years of the college.
The Association will be extremely grateful if you send your one artwork for display at
the given address. Kindly call at the following numbers for more detailed information if
you require.
For exhibition display the size of the Artwork will be as follows:
I.E. Artwork maximum width --- 30 inches with frame and 3D artwork, height 2 ft.
