As you are aware HNB is in the process of implementing a simple and


much more secure banking service. In the very near future you will see a
change in how we authenticate your login and transactions on the system.

How To Register
ARCOT OTP On
Mobile

ARCOT OTP SETUP


After you received the SMS confirmation from HNB on Smart Phone registration for your secure banking,
you need to follow the below steps to setup your mobile to generate the OTP (One Time Password).
You can visit the respective Smartphone App store to download the app

Go to the respective App store (we are demonstrating using the Android Mobile) If it is an
IPhone Download CA MOBILE OTP Application to set up.

Search for the ARCOT ID OTP app

Install the Application to your Smartphone (on this mobile its already installed)

4. After receiving a message like this, Please follow up bellow steps to configure.

** This massage is valid ONLY FOR 2 DAYS, please complete registration Before it expires.

Enter the Full URL Address
URL should be available on the SMS sent by HNB
to your mobile
[Eg. https://ebanking.hnb.lk/corp/registerretail ]

User Identifier is your user ID type it

Obtain the code generated on screen and enter that on to E banking site when requested.

Code will change every 30 sec

E banking 2FA registration successful,

7. Next time you login, Code generated from your token will request a number as below.
8. Insert secure code appearing from your Mobile (APP) & Click submit button.

Important Notice
Token code will be requested when you are logging in / Transactions outside your account / Registration of a
beneficiary or bill payment
