PEOPLE, SUCCESS, AND INTELLIGENCE

The sign of intelligence people is their ability to control emotions by the application
of reason (Mannes, 2009). There are a lot of successful people in the world. People usually
correlate human success with their intelligence. Intelligence is human ability to engage their
self by using their minds in other capabilities such as: Making a reason, builds a plan, solve
the problems, and include human capability to think abstractly also learn from the
experiences.
Successful people will be affected by their intelligences, because it involves their
capability to think and solve the problems. Based on the Triarchic Theory of Intelligence,
human’s ability to think about finding solutions in real life problems called Practical
Intelligence. Human also usually looking for a new way to do things, we may call this as
Creative Intelligence. Analytical intelligence is a human ability to analyze the problem
includes cognitive development such as solving a math problem, and getting good grades on
exam.
Intelligence is defined as the success based on the individual standard of thinking
within the social context. Achieve the success may take processes by using analytical,
practical, and creative intelligences. The ability to use these three intelligences called as
processing skills, people who able to use the processing skills define as their intelligences
successfully developed. However, intelligences are affected with some factors like biological
factor, environment factor, and ethnical issues. For example: Adult Asians average 1 cubic
inch more brain mass than Whites and Whites average 5 cubic inches more brain mass than
Blacks. They state that race differences in brain size are present at birth; and larger brains
contain more neurons and synapses to process information faster (Rushton and Jensen, 2005).

Human success will affected by intelligence and intelligence of people who

successfully developed will give any consequences for the people itself. Intelligence which
usually interpreted as the capability to understanding the life by using mind or brain works
include the ability to analyze a problem and find the problem solving will bring people to the
successful, both the successful based on the individual standard or social context.
