 located at the north-western tip of the Sutherland Shire just slightly south of Alfords point.

West – early 1980’s
 Austeric and Tudor Revival housing
 Large front and back gardens
 Mainly single storey
East – late 1990’s
 Slightly Art Deco and Functionalist style
 Small front and back gardens
 Two stories often
North – early 1990’s
 Austeric roofing
 Small front but mediocre back garden
 Two storeys often
South – late 1980’s
 Austeric style
 Small Front garden and small back garden but with lots of vegetation and public recreation areas
 One or two storeys.
Shopping Centres:
 Main one built in mid-1990’s
o Grocery and necessity shopping area
 North built in late 1990’s

 Golf course in mid-2000’s

 Bus services designed to get all around the Menai suburb
o Fieldwork shows there could be improvements
 Train station would be excellent in future
o Would increase crime levels
