INT. HOUSE: LIVING ROOM: EARLY MORNING
DIAGONAL MID SHOT
A teenager named JOHN sat on the sofa with a bowl of cereal
and cup of drink.
JOHNS GRANDMA is knelt down on the floor, wiping away at the
floor, beside the pet cat.
GRANDMA
"Done another poo have we?"
"Have we naughty boy?"
(tickles cats chin)
CAT arrogantly raises his head up.
JOHN rolls his eyes and stands up to leave.
GRANDMA
"Wash up!"
JOHN
"Oh come on, Ive got work!"
GRANDMA
"Hoover after."
JOHN sighs, carrying the plates with him, scowling at the
cat, who smirks back at JOHN, while GRANDMA continues
cleaning the floor.
INT. HOUSE: COMPUTER ROOM: EARLY MORNING
JOHN rests on his chair, exhausted.
JOHN then sees before him an assignment sheet and several
books. He picks up the sheet saying 2000 word essay.
JOHN then sees his cat sleeping on the dining room chair,
through the window.
JOHN
"Luck cat!"
(scowling)
JOHN draws a picture of his cat sleeping and then happily
stays deep in thought.

Camera zooms into cat drawing and transitions to animated

cat in white background sleeping.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
WIDE SHOT
CAT laid down on a sofa/pillow, rarely moving, while a clock
in the background quickly spins to each hour.
CAT moves it head slightly between each hour, or may move
its tail slightly.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
MID SHOT
CAT peeing on a sheet of paper with a large title saying
HOMEWORK.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
WIDE SHOT
CAT smiling and sitting next to a heaped mountain of cat
biscuits.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
WIDE SHOT
CAT looking up at OWNER O.S with poo sat next to him.
OWNER makes gibberish gruff sounds, while his hand points at
the CAT.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
MID SHOT
CAT is chucked outside, where it is raining.
DAY DREAM SEQUENCE
WIDE SHOT
CAT is licking its paw, when suddenly hearing a dog bark, it
stops and stares with eyes widened in fear.

INT: BEDROOM: EARLY MORNING: 10:00 AM

MID CLOSE UP
The dream bubble suddenly burst away from on top of
TEENAGERS head, who reacts startled.
MID SHOT
TEENAGER looks at his cat,
MID CLOSE UP
who is now licking itself.
MID CLOSE UP
TEENAGER grits his teeth slightly, while shaking his head
from side to side.
TEENAGER turns over cat drawing to the assignment sheet.
MID SHOT
TEENAGER continues writing his assignment sheet.
