Theory diary unit 62 assignment 1

(3/2/16) Copied ILP to personal workspace, created the diary. Started

sources document.
(Dont need screen shots of diary, just theory work!) Need to do
checklist/table on board.
Decided to do this assessment as a Power point.
Started working on unit 62 assignment 1 theory. Also updated sources
documents, diary and wrote what I did this lesson in my ILP.
(3/2/16) (third session) - Finished the section named Application 1&2&3
on the theory document, also updated the diary by writing what I did this
lesson, ILP writing what I did this lesson and sources document by adding
all of the hyperlinks that I used to get all of the images to add to the
theory document. Also I saved all of the images I used so I have them all
together when I need to show all of the assets that I used.
In this session I completed: film trailers section, user generated content
section, viral marketing section, advertising section, virtual reality tours
section and games section on the power point.
I also have a two page sources document as I have kept pasting links into
it whenever I got an image to put on the applications document to
illustrate a point, folder with images in below:
The top one was not
labelled but it is the
HoloLens image that I used
when writing about virtual
reality tours.

I have learnt that short films are between 5 minutes and 40 minutes long.
(5/2/16) I added more detail to section 1, 2 and 3 on the power point, I
also wrote what I did this lesson in the ILP and diary. Below is a screen
shot of all of the pages that I made for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd section:

These screen shots are small to save

space on the diary. The first two slides
are quite short as they are the same
subject, they wouldnt fit on a single
page.

Learnt: I learned about the oculus rift and that it is a

virtual reality head set. I also learnt about a website that
just uploads viral videos.

(8/2/16) Finished the 1st section of the technology section of task 1, ia also
updated my sources document with http links that I used to gather assets
to make the section. I also saved all of the images I used to my assets
folder so that I have a copy of them all to show what images I have used
throughout this product.
Learnt: I learned more about mp4 with this lesson as I know that the first
version of mp4 was made in 2001 and the second version was made in
2003.
Third lesson Finished the 2nd section on technology, then updated Ilp,
diary, sources document and my assets file.
Learnt: that radio started streaming in 1920
(9/2/16) Finished the third section of technology, updated ilp, my diary,
sources documents with the image ips that I used and my assets
document as I save all of the images I use.
Learnt: bbc iPlayer released 2012.
(10.2.16)
Started on the first section of e-learning platform, saved all of the images I
used in my assets folder and saved all the web addresses o the sources
document, then updated the ILP and diary
Learnt: Tim John burner-lee invented the worldwide web.
(10/2/16) 4th lesson

Finished the 1st and second session of e-learning platform, I also worked
on the diary, I wrote the IULP out, saved all of the images and saved them
to my sources documents as well.
Learnt: Today I learnt more about e-learning and I also learnt about lossy
and lossless compression and how lossless compression is better than
lossy compression.
(12/2/16) completed the 4th technology section on digital rights
management system, also completed the IPL, sources document, power
point, assets collection and diary for this section as I have finished all of
the work.
Leant: I learnt what the digital rights management system is and wrote
about it as it was the last thing I had to write about for the assessment.
