Toril District, Davao City, Philippines, by these presents, do hereby name, appoint and constitute
Myrna Agustin Micabalo, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Ula,
Tugbok District, Davao City, as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and
stead and to perform the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To transact and to sign for and in my behalf in any and all transactions in relation to
the titling of my real property located at Purok 23, Barangay Sto. Nio, Tugbok
District, Davao City;
2. To sign/execute documents and papers relative to the aforementioned
transaction; and
3. To do any other acts necessary and incidental for the accomplishment of
the powers herein granted.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my said representative full power and authority to execute
and to perform every act necessary to render effective the foregoing power, as though I, myself
have so performed it, and APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue hereof.
