I am requesting reappointment confirmation for former Senior Assistant Atto=

rney General Lauren Noether. Lauren Noether's term expired on 8/31/15 howe=
ver she has filed a complaint against me in Ossipee Superior Court on behal=
f of the State of NH.
Prior to responding to the complaint, I had sent Attorney Noether a 91-a re=
quest, which remains unanswered as of this date. Attorney Noether admits he=
r term expired, but appears to claim she is on a holdover status and said s=
he doesn't require the Governor or Executive Council's approval.
At your earliest convenience, please provide me with any information to sup=
port Attorney Noether's claims. Failure to provide me with the requested in=
formation within the 5 business days, a complaint in superior court will be=
filed for violations of the Right to know laws.
