GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Mobilization & demobilization:
a.Fixed rate for Metro Mla. area = Php 1,000.00 - per visit (x3).
b. Fixed rate for outside Metro Mla. = # km. x 15.00 plus Php 1,000.00 - per visit.
