INVENTORY REPORT ON POLICIES

Informe sobre polticas de inventario

1. Determine el tipo de inventario a implementar en su proyecto de
formacin:
Nuestra empresa se dedica a la distribucin de electrodomsticos por lo tanto el
tipo de inventarios que manejaramos seria con la cadena de suministro con el
aprovisionamiento y la distribucin. La Planeacin de la Produccin, a travs del
Plan Maestro de Produccin (P.M.P.) y el Plan de Requerimientos de Materiales
(MRP) son las actividades principales de este proceso.
La planeacin de la produccin se relaciona con la distribucin con respecto a los
inventarios de productos finales. La produccin emplea los inventarios para lograr
que las operaciones sean los ms uniformes posibles, y as lograr la satisfaccin
del cliente, a travs del cumplimiento de los requerimientos de la demanda de los
clientes.
2. Establezca las polticas de inventario(s) para ordenar, organizar,
programar y transportar segn su proyecto de formacin.
El sistema de inventario es responsable de ordenar y recibir los bienes; de
coordinar la colocacin de los pedidos y hacerle seguimiento al mismo. A dems el
sistema debe mantener un control para responder a preguntas como: El
proveedor ha recibido el pedido? Este ha sido despachado? Las fechas son
correctas? Existen procedimientos para hacer un nuevo pedido o devolver la
mercanca indeseable?
Por otra parte el control y manejo de las existencias de determinados bienes, en la
cual se aplican mtodos y estrategias que pueden hacer rentable y productivo la
tenencia de estos bienes y a la vez sirve para evaluar los procedimientos de
entradas y salidas de dichos productos.
Finalmente para cumplir con nuestras entregas se concreta a llevar los productos
en tiempo y forma al sitio donde se requieren. Teniendo en cuenta de
abastecimiento y distribucin. Asimismo los cambios no planificados,
evidentemente provocarn presiones, desfases y despilfarros, adems de niveles
de inventario de alto costo, calificando al servicio de transporte como deficiente y
de mala calidad. Por lo anterior, la actividad de transporte en la cadena de
suministro debe planificarse y considerarse en los acuerdos de coordinacin entre
los clientes y los proveedores.
3. Realice una simulacin pronostica de la demanda de los productos o
servicios a ejecutar a travs de los inventarios.

Este anlisis ayuda a establecer un control de los valores de consumo anual de

inventario en un ao.

Our company is dedicated to the distribution of appliances therefore the type of
inventory that would handle it with the supply chain with the supply and distribution.
Production Planning , through the Master Production Plan ( PMP ) and Material
Requirements Plan (MRP ) are the main activities of this process.

The production planning relates to the distribution with respect to inventories of

finished products. The production uses the inventory to ensure that the operations
are the most likely uniform , and achieve customer satisfaction through compliance
with the requirements of the customer demand .
2. Set inventory policies ( s ) to sort , organize, schedule and transport by
training project.
The inventory system is responsible for ordering and receiving goods; to
coordinate the placement of orders and track the same. In others the control
system must maintain to answer questions like: Does the supplier has received the
order? Does this has been dispatched? Are the dates correct? Are there
procedures to reorder or return unwanted merchandise?
Moreover, the control and management of stocks of certain goods, in which
methods and strategies that can make profitable and productive tenure of these
goods and also the procedures used to evaluate inputs and outputs of these
products are applied.
Finally, to meet our specific deliveries is to take products in a timely manner to
where required. Considering supply and distribution. Also unplanned changes
obviously will cause pressure and waste lags, plus inventory levels high cost,
calling the shuttle as poor and shoddy. Therefore, the transport activity in the
supply chain should be planned and considered in the coordination arrangements
between customers and suppliers.

3. Perform a simulation predicts demand for the products or services to

run through inventories.
