Familia Project, Part II, Spring Break 2016

Objective: to add to the description of your familia through written and oral skills
using the visual aid previously assigned.
1.) Writing Component - Using the Familia Project assigned during the winter
break, you will add to the description of yourself and each of your family
members the following items:
a. A sentence stating how old you and they are using the sentence structure
and grammar rules covered in class. When writing about your family
member, use the correct subject pronoun to replace their name. For
example, when talking about your father, you will write l tiene cincuenta
aos (He is fifty years old).
b. In your introduction, using the verb TENER, state the number along with
relationship of the family member that you are introducing. For example if describing you have two siblings and one is male and the other is
female, you could write: Tengo dos hermanos, una hermana y un
hermano. Likewise, if presenting individuals, you may write: Te presento a
mi mama, mi papa, mi tio, mi primo without the need to indicate a
specific number because it is already clear that you are referring to one
person.
c. At the end of each description, add how the person you are describing
generally feels using the terms Siempre, A veces or Nunca to express how
they Always, Sometimes or Never feel. Be sure to use the appropriate
verb used to talk about feelings. For example, to say that my mother is
never sad, you will write Mi mam nunca est triste.

upon your return from Spring Break.
