- Daily managing export customers, including the fielding of sales, commercial and
technical queries, drawing support from other teams, as and when required.
- Addressing any queries relating to the orders processed and liaising with the customer.
- Acting as a central filter point for telephone calls to export department.
- Fielding general in-bound international sales enquiries, assigning to field-sales or
