CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL STABILITY

Date: June 15, 2014

This is to certify that based on the computer generated analysis and design results of
STAAD.Pro Report as attached herewith, the proposed structural design of the 2-Storey
Residential Building, owned by Engr. And Mrs Ermin Garcia located at Baguio City is found
to be safe and economical in accordance with the requirements and provision of the National
Building Code of the Philippines.

-AISC SPECIFICATIO (8th Edition)

The designer used a structural analysis and design computer program called STAAD.PRO for
Frame Analysis as allowed by the National Building Code Provision:
Section 1903. - Submission of Computer-Generated Computations.
A copy of the output sheet for computer-generated computations shall be submitted as a
part of the design computations. The output sheets shall be accompanied by a certification of a designer and/or
consultant that the output sheets are the result of a designed through the use of documented programs. The
certification should include the identification of the specific program used for each portion of the computergenerated computation being submitted.

It is assumed that the said structure shall be built in according to engineering design
and specification and duly supervised by a licensed civil/structural engineer. Any deviation
necessary during actual construction shall properly approved by the structural designer.
This certification is issued upon the request of the owner for the issuance of building

permit
