Dear Brother Lopez,
Thanks be to God and to the good people of Matthew 25:36 Ministries that I am in
receipt of your contact information, as well as your request to strengthen your
relationship with God through faith that comes from the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Faith by its nature is resolute and unwavering; once attainedeven if only in the
smallest amountyou will indeed be the epitome of steadfastness in any place, and
under any circumstance.
Requisite to achieving your desired end of acquiring an unyielding and
insurmountable faith is a confident and peaceful state of mind, one which only the
Word can provide. That means reading everyday, all day, and testing everything you
read (testing the Word not only for its veracity, but testing you to make sure youre
applying it correctly). Once youre convinced of the power of Gods wisdom and love
for you in this manner, only then can you take active and fruitful steps along the path
God intended especially for you. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,
plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. [Jeremiah 29:11]
With all my strength, I will endeavor to help you find that path, just as if my salvation
depends on it (because it does). If the both us express that hope to God through
consistent, righteous living everyday, and until that Day, we are sure to succeed.
I will write more shortly, but wanted to let you know just as soon as I heard about you
that I am here for you in every way that counts, and that I will do whatever it takes to
bring you to the place you want to be. Although I have four other persons in my
charge, each of you will get the benefit of my best effort. Your salvation is my number
one priority, just as you are Gods number one priority, and I will not divert my
attention from it for anyone, for any reason.

the Apostle Paul said of himself once, I am the chief of sinners [1 Timothy 1:15], so
hold nothing back, neither being afraid of sending the wrong message nor of saying
