iu 1. Ban hnh km theo Quyt nh ny "Quy nh Danh mc cc cht ph gia
c php s dng trong thc phm".
iu 2. Quyt nh ny c hiu lc sau 15 ngy, k t ngy k ban hnh v thay th Mc
I phn ph gia thc phm ca "Danh mc tiu chun v sinh i vi lng thc, thc phm" ban
hnh km theo Quyt nh s 867/1998/Q-BYT ngy 04/4/1998 ca B trng B Y t.
iu 3. Cc trng Cc Qun l cht lng v sinh an ton thc phm c trch nhim
t chc, ch o, hng dn trin khai v kim tra vic thc hin Quyt nh ny.
