Entry Requirements
5 O Levels passes including English Language, Mathematics and
a science subject
A Diploma in Agriculture with a Merit or better from either
Chibero or Gwebi Associate Colleges of Agriculture.

An appropriate honours degree from recognized universities with at


least 2.2 or better in one of the following: Biological Sciences,
Veterinary Sciences, Agriculture including approved Animal Science
courses; Biological Sciences with approved courses.
An appropriate honours degree from recognized universities with
at least 2.2 or better in one of the following: Agriculture including
approved Animal Science courses; Biological Sciences with
approved courses.

MSc in Crop Protection (MCP) (2yrs F/T)

MSc in Crop Science with options in Agronomy and


Plant Breeding (MCR) (2yrs F/T).

MSc in Agricultural and Applied Economics (MAAE) (2yrs F/T)

An appropriate honours degree from recognized universities with


at least 2.2 or better in one of the following: Agriculture including
approved Crop Science courses; Biological Sciences with
approved courses. Qualified candidates may be required to attend
selected undergraduate Agricultural courses where this is deemed
necessary.
An appropriate honours degree from recognized universities with
at least 2.2 or better in one of the following: Agriculture including
approved Crop Science courses; Biological Sciences with
approved courses. Qualified candidates may be required to attend
selected undergraduate Agricultural courses where this is deemed

A good BSc honours degree in Agricultural Economics or in
Economics from a recognized universities with at least 2.2 or
better in one of the following: Micro Economics, Macro
Economics, Statistics or Econometrics and Mathematics .

relevant discipline such as Anthropology or Museum studies from

Applicants should possess 3 A level passes in Mathematics,


Physics and Geography/ Chemistry/Technical drawing/Computer
Science or acceptable equivalents.
A good first degree in any Engineering or Science discipline with
a 2.2 or better and at least 2 years relevant experience

A good Bsc general degree at 2.1 or better.
