Philippines, by these presents, do hereby name, appoint and constitute LOLITA L. UYANGUREN
of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Toril, Davao City, as my true and legal representative to
act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To transact, process and claim the necessary papers to the Bureau of Internal Revenue for
the transfer of the property under my name more particularly described in TCT No. 1462011003519;
2. To sign for and in my behalf, any papers or document related to the processing of such
transfer
HEREBY GRANTING unto my said representative full power and authority to execute and to
perform every act necessary to render effective the foregoing power, as though I, myself have so
performed it, and APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof.
