S Within 6 months I will obtain a teller supervisor position within PNC bank. By using the training and skills I have
obtained through my current position and schooling, I will be able to increase my compensation as well as my
experience for new positions within the bank

A I have already begun training for this position. I have also taken several classes through Penn State that would
assist me in this position. By continuing to sharpen the skills I have already obtained and continue on the training
course I have started, I can achieve this goal.

Obtaining the job I desire and the degree I have been working for are both things that will give me satisfaction and
the happiness that I am seeking. Once I have a teller supervisor position, and no more school work, I will also have
the extra time I desire to spend with my family.
When I achieve my CFE certification. This will help set me up for the field I want to be in and provide me with the
certification necessary for it.
