Winning Contract

The right stuff.

Our company was recently asked to send in a contract proposal to Company A highlighting our
qualifications in a bid to win their account. This account will mean we will be responsible for
auditing their end of year financial statements for the next three years. The incoming capital from
an account like this would increase our profit margin considerably so no effort has been spared
and the news that they are suspicious of fraudulent activity has been kept confidential and will
remain so regardless of the success of this proposal. This document outlines our qualifications
and the benefits of choosing our company.

Company B
Company B is a full accounting partnership with twenty five years of account management
experience. We have two hundred full time accountants and a staff of eighty book keepers and
office staff spread out over three states. We have many excellent services to offer a new firm
