Human Trafficking Issue:

Human Trafficking is an important issue because they are may women and young child are being
exploded and taking advantage of sexual, mentally,physically. Trafficking will always be seen as
a unthinkable act.It is very important that a changes happen because children are being ripped of
their childhood and they are being also physically abuse as will. This issue is not only effect
children but adults and teens as well.Human trafficking affects every country of the world, as
countries of origin, transit or destination or even a combination of all. Trafficking often occurs
from less developed countries to more developed countries, where people are rendered
vulnerable to trafficking by virtue of poverty, conflict or other conditions.
The Federal Strategic Action Plan on Services to Victims of Human Trafficking in the United
States (Plan) is part of the Obama Administrations ongoing efforts to combat human trafficking
at home and abroad. In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation
Proclamation, the Administration reaffirmed the American values of freedom and equality by
asking federal agencies to develop a plan to strengthen services for victims of human trafficking
in the United States. In a September 2012 address at the Clinton Global Initiative, President
Obama announced:
well do even more to help victims recover and rebuild their lives. Well develop a new action
plan to improve coordination across the federal government. Were increasing access to services
to help survivors become self-sufficient.
Plan of Action:
Further educate yourself, and others on human trafficking, by visiting our helpful links to help us
raise awareness.Keep your eyes open if you suspect anyone is trafficking or being trafficked, you
can report it to your local police. Donate to various charities and organizations on the links page
of our website.Participate in anti-trafficking activities in your community, or start one
yourself. Ask businesses about their labor policies to ensure their products are slave labor free. I
would want to included everyone all over the world to make a difference.
Benefits:
I would make harder sentences for people found guilty of the crime and it may not be legal to the
extent of punishment. But I think it would make people to stop doing it or think twice. I would
make it like nine years for suspected of human trafficking and get twenty five years for the crime
and a five more years for each person seen to be trafficked.
there are a few organization that are involved in the prevention of human trafficking which is the
not for sale campaign ,dont sell bodies and castla.
Summary of Plan of Action
I hope that by implementing the plan of action you can educate other , prevent , and stop crime
from being involved in the human trafficking. The plan i made does in some way compare to the
criminal justice system only mines is harder for this crime. According to the legislation you only
get up to five years. I don't see anything on line that relates to harsher punishment for the crime.
