Technical Consultation for Web Design

Introduction
The D.H.M Technical Consultants Team was assigned to provide full technical services to
students in Mrs. Killingsworths class and making a user manual that will assist a group of
students on their project in Taxes government class. At the end, our main goal is to develop,
evaluate, and improve an advocacy website.
Proposed Task
With Dr. French approval, we could make a direction for designing a website to help the taxes
government group to create their own website. Our services are limited to technical consultation
only where Mrs. Killingsworths student responsible for creating the advocacy website and we
are going to develop and improve it only.
Plan for Assisting Mrs. Killingsworths students to create their Advocacy Website
Task 1: Reaching out Mrs. Killingsworth
Contacting Mrs. Killingsworth and scheduling an appointment with her so we can collect enough
information about the project and fully understand our responsibilities so we can build our tasks
table correctly, and conduct a weekly meeting-session with Mrs. Killingsworth and keep her
informed with the project progress.
Task 2: Create and modifying Template for Guide
Plan out step by step how to register an account with weebly.com, the step well included pictures
to make it easier to follow the step in the user guide, and the template will be modifying
throughout the project period based on the research.
Task 3: Conduct Research about Advocacy Website.

We well do our research to acquire enough information about advocacy website, based on how
the advocacy website should be built, the design of the website and the page tab layout of the
website.
Task 4: Planning out the Advocacy Website Page Layout.
Based on what information we have gather from the research; we well determine how the
website should be design and build. This step will conduct after we find out what type of
advocacy website we are going to develop.
Task 5: Testing the website for any type of bug.
We are testing the website to see if the website is functioning properly and checking the format
of the website if it meets the requirement and we might use a rubric to evaluate our work.
Task 6: Presenting and to guide the layout of the advocacy website to Taxes government
students group.
We well show the layout of the advocacy website how it should be built to the taxes government
group. And we will provide a guide how to set up the advocacy website.
