) The construction of the building in reinforced concrete as per drawings,

(b.) Provision for painting the finished building;
(c.) Provision for galvanised metallic doors and windows (glazed and/or steel
sheeted) and door gates in CHS, all as per Client/Engineers instructions and
drawings.
(d.) Provision for the supply and fixing of tiles to room areas as specified,
(e.) Provision of new steel roof as per Engineers Drawings, specifications and
instructions.
(f.) Provision for piping and plumbing works as per Engineers instructions and
specifications,
(g.) Provision for the supply of PVC doors as per Clients requirements;
(h.) Provision for clearing and cleaning the site.
(i.) Any ancillary works.
