{FOOD PHILOSOPHY}

Our produce is sourced from local cooperatives and is reflected


in our seasonal menu of small plates. Dinner is served in a
communal fashion and will consist of smaller portions meant for
sharing amongst your table. We source from farmers, and
foragers who use responsible, sustainable practices. Our beef and
poultry are pastured and fed a natural, hormone and antibioticfree diet.
