1.1. TNG QUAN V CHIN LC MARKETING
1.1.1. Cc khi nim
1.1.1.1. Khi nim chin lc
Chin lc l nh hng v phm vi ca mt t chc v di
hn nhm ginh li th cnh tranh cho t chc thng qua vic nh
dng cc ngun lc ca n trong mi trng thay i, p ng nhu
cu th trng v tho mn mong i ca cc bn hu quan.
1.1.1.2. Khi nim marketing
Theo Philip Kotler: Marketing l ton b cc hot ng ca
