1972 Establishment of PT Kabel Indonesia (PMA)
1979 The capital investment status of the Company changed
and the Company became a PMDN and changed its name
to PT Kabelindo Murni
1992 Listed in BEJ and became a public company
2006 Established a subsidiary : PT Hotelindo Murni

2006 New Product : RF Feeder Coaxial Cable


2007 Quasi Reorganization
2012 New Product : ACCC / HCLS (High Current Low Sag)
2013 Established a subsidiary : PT Aruna Solar Indonesia

BUSINESS RISK
Is the risk over the non-availability of the company's fixed product supply
or assets caused by factors unanticipated by the management due to a
natural disaster or a riot. The management has minimized the risk by
insuring all fixed supply and assets, including business interruption.

The main operational risk is when the company is not able to produce
customer-requested products due to equipment breakage, employee
strike, non-availability of raw materials and a quite large number of new
laborers.
The company has a regular equipment service schedule, as well as stocks
of the spare parts commonly needed for the equipment service.
To prepare for a possible employee strike, the company always conducts
intensive communication with the staff, both directly and through a staff
representative at SPSI.

To prevent non-availability of raw materials, the company has created a
schedule for raw material procurement, determined minimum stock and
conducted monthly evaluations of supplier performance.
The company runs regular trainings to improve staff competency.
