was somewhat ready for it.
Japan has ran many drills and preparations for things like
these.
Due to this earthquake Japan has developed a rescue
team and an earthquake preparation team.

Why Should We Build Here?

Magnitude of the earthquake and the damage that it had
caused is concerning.
A cell phone tower can help save lives if another disaster
occurs.
We plan to build off the coast of Kobe Chinatown because
it could cover Kobe and multiple other cities as well.

Thousands would die in their own homes.
They need a cellphone tower to get help, instead of dying from being
trapped under rubble.
