A reflection on students First Amendment
Rights in public schools; includes a summary
and evaluation of Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, 484
U.S. 260 (1988).
My opinion regarding what resulted from a
First Amendment Rights lawsuit that occurred
in a school district.
My reflection of how I would have handled a
sexual assault situation as a principal.
