Interposing Relay Set
CJX/CZX-12R/CZX-22R interposing relay sets are used
with protective relays or control devices to trip and close
circuit breakers. It provides status contacts of related circuit
breakers.

Functions

CJX interposing relay set has 14 independent module slots.

Device functions can be configured flexibly upon requests.
So far, NR provides 6 CJX types based on module functions,
which are control relays of three-phase circuit breaker with
one or two trip coil(s), seal-in relays, voltage switchover
relays with or without latch, lockout relays, contacts
multiplication relays and voltage paralleling relays.

CZX-12R consists of 2 groups of phase-segregated tripping

circuits and 1 group of phase-segregated closing circuits. It
can be applied to circuit breakers with dual tripping circuit
in single-busbar, double-busbar, triple-busbar or quadruplebusbar system configurations.

CZX-22R has 2 groups of phase-segregated tripping outputs,

1 group of phase-segregated closing outputs and accelerated
tripping circuits for manual closing. It can be applied to circuit
breaker in one-and-a-half (3/2) breaker and four third (4/3)
breaker system configurations.

Jumpers are adopted to adjust the seal-in current of current

seal-in circuit.

Features

Tripping coil failure monitoring is provided.

In AC voltage switchover circuit, the voltage switchover

relay can maintain the original output when DC power
supply is lost so as to avoid the loss of protection AC
voltage.
The device uses completely sealed and high-resistance
relay with small power to decrease power consumption

Plug-in modularized structure without internal wire connection

on the rear panel is used to enhance device reliability and
interchangeability.
For SCADA or RTU application, CZX-12R and CZX-22R can
provide the contact of KKJ relay (post closed position relay)
during remote opening or closing of circuit breaker according
to users requirement.
