System Records
System records are an essential tool in reducing leakage and are a mandatory
requirement for many HFC systems (and therefore R32 and R1234ze systems).
System records should be interrogated to identify common patterns of leakage,
to enable comparison with similar systems and to identify ways of minimizing
leakage in the future. They should also be kept for non HFC systems and should
include the following information:
Exercise
Using the material Provided , prepare a
5 min presentation (2-3) slides on one
of the following:
The importance of leak detection
Methods of leak detection
Leak detection equipment
Leak detection in ammonia systems
