schematics, manuals, warranties, training
documents and compliance certificates to support
the ongoing operation of the wind farm, all Punch
List items have been completed;; all Delay

Liquidated Damages and any other payments owing

to Owner by Contractor have been paid in full; and
there are no Contractor Events of Default.
