Spoils exterior finish of cars
Decrease in life

General Recommendations
Relative Humidity in Car Storage Areas should be maintained at
45% RH and temperature at 24C (75F).

Solution
Preservation of Sultan of Bruneis Vintage Cars
Maintaining a fleet of 398 cars with Porches, Rolls Royce, Ferraris and Mercedes and several antique and vintage
models is no small task even for the royal family of Brunei. Keeping all the beauties in gleaming condition and
purring and ready to go at the touch of a key required extensive maintenance and upkeep by a large staff.
But, all the kings men and all the kings staff could not keep the moisture menace away.

The Solution
Bry-Air offered a simple and most economical solution. Four Desiccant Dehumidifiers model MVB-15-BE were put
to work to dehumidify the entire storage block housing the cars. A temperature of 24C (75F) and 45% Relative
Humidity helped keep the cars in perfect condition, free from rust, needing minimum maintenance and upkeep.
Bry-Air dehumidifiers are able to meet these stringent conditions since they are capable of maintaining RH as low
as 1% or even lower at a constant level, regardless of ambient conditions. Bry-Air has a wide experience of
combating the moisture menace. It provides the most cost effective solution for preservation of metal and other
hardware from corrosion in industrial storage, commercial and defence sectors.
