    DuringmytwelveyearsserviceasaJudge,Ialwaysinsistedonthetruthandplacedjusticeabovelawand
    order.Icouldhavepreparedthisessayindiciaofaresearchpaperhoweverpeopletendtoloseinterestwhen
    articlesofthisnaturebecometootechnical.Sciencehastaughtusthat,Foreveryactionthereisapositive
    reaction!IfyourlifeonearthresemblesaMatrix,itisbecauseyourebeginningtoseethingsforthefirst
    time,witheyeswideopenandyoureconfused!Youreconfusionisappropriateinthattheinformationyou
    arenowdigesting,contradictsmuchoftheknowledgeyouhavebeenspoonfedthroughoutyourlife!Inamed
    thisessayinhonorofthemovieTheMatrix,writtenbytheWachowsibrothersbecauseuponcompletionof
    thisresearch,Inoticedmanysimilaritiesinthemovie.

    In2002,mybrotherranintoaproblemwiththeIRSandtohelphimout,IbegantoresearchTitle26,the
    FederalTaxCode.OnethingledtoanotherasIbegantouncoverinformationabouttheUnitedStates
    GovernmentandtheFederalReserveBank;bothofwhichwereinconflictwiththeUnitedStatesConstitution
    andcontradictedwhatIhavebeentaughttobelievethroughoutmyearlylife.IntimeIbegantointerfacewith
    peoplefromeverystateintheRepublic,whowereconductingresearchalongthesamelinesandwebeganto
    tradeourresearch.ThefactsuncoveredwereintotalcontradictiontoAmericaHistory,whichhadbeentaught
    tomeinpublicschool.IbegantoassistpeopleprepareandfilesuitsinthecourtsandIfiledseveralofmy
    own.Atonepoint,becauseoftheinformationImabouttoprovidetoyou;Ibecameextremelydepressedfor
    aboutthreemonths!ItwasdifficultformetodigestbuteventuallyIshookoffmydepressionandcontinued
    withmyresearch.Mostcitizenshavenocluewhathashappenedtothisgovernmentandwillprobablyrefuse
    tobelievewhatIvewritten!Iampreparedtosupplyanyoneinterestedwithmoundsofresearchinsupportof
    whatIhavewrittenherein!

    Myprayerinwritingthisessayistoenlightenyou,thereaderandhelpyoutomakesenseofitall.Such
    enlightenmentwillrequireyoutowashyourmindcleanofthebrainwashingyouhavebeensubjectedtoby
    ourgovernment,inourgovernmentcontrolledpublicschoolsandchurchs.Whenyouunderstandtheactions,
    thereactionswillallmakesenseanditshouldangeryou!InTheMatrixnothingisreal,howeveryouhave
    beenconditionedtobelieveitisreal!Inrealityitisfartoobigtodefeat,noonecanescapeitandwehavent
    themeanstodefeatthoseincontrol!Throughmyresearch,IdiscoveredthattheCongressisoftheopinion
    thatAmericaisasocietyoffunctionalilliterates!

    ThepeopleinchargeoftheMatrixrepresentthemostpowerfulandintelligenthumansonearth.Whengifted
    childrenappearinthepublicschoolsoftheworld,theyarecourtedwithscholarships,moneyandeventually
    membershipsintosecretsocieties!SocietiesknownasTheCounselofForeignRelations;TheIlluminati;The
    BilderbergGroup;TheBohemianGroup;TheSkullandBones;TheThuleSocietyandTheFreeandAccepted
    Masons.Forclarification:TheIlluminatiareasecretsociety,whichoperatesoutofeveryFreeandAccepted
    Masonsgroupintheworld.MostofthegeneralmembershipisnotawareoftheIlluminatiinfluence!

    Thesegiftedchildrenwillbeintroducedtoverypersuasiveintellectualsfromthesesocieties,whowillconvince
    theseyoungpeoplethat,Itistheirplaceanddutytobeapartoftheelitewhoruletheworldspopulation,

    ThesesocietiesareresponsiblefortheeducationandfinanceofAdolphHitlerandtheiropinionbecame
    Hitlerspoliticalphilosophy(includingtheannihilationoftheJews)!EveryForeignRevolution,theWorldWars,
    theDepression,Prohibition,Korea,Vietnam,theMiddleEastconflictandtheInfluenzaEpidemicduringWorld
    WarIwasplannedandorchestratedbythesepeople!

    Theseelitistsareoftheopinionthattheearthcanonlycomfortablysupport1.5billionpeopleasopposedto
    thepresentpopulationof4.5billionandforyearstheyhaveattemptedtoreducetheworldspopulation
    throughRevolutionsandWars!Theycontrolthepowerandfinanceandhavearrangedthevehicletoswiftly
    eliminate3.0billioninhabitantsoftheearthinthefallof2009!Theyestimatethatnearlyallofthepopulation
    ofAmericawillbemurderedthroughtheirstagedpandemiccausingmandatoryvaccinationsforswineflu!
    Theyrealsoresponsibleforthecreationofthe,NewWorldOrderCommunistGovernment,thatisaboutto
    assumepowerovertheearth,andtheUnitedStatesFederalandStateGovernmentsarewillingandeager
    participants!WhentheNewWorldOrderisofficiallyincontrol,onlytheextremelyintelligentwillbeallowed
    topropagatethroughartificialinsemination!

    Manyearlywritersresearchedmuchofthishistoryandwereforcedtopersonallyfundthepublicationand
    distributionoftheirwork.Mostfailedtogettheirworkreadorrecognizedandneverreceivedtheacclaimthey
    deserved!ThesepatriotsneverknewthatourgovernmentandtheFederalReserveBankwereresponsiblefor
    theirfailure!

    WhenIconveyedpartsofthisessayinmycourtdocuments,theoppositionlawyers,respondedthat,Imjust
    crazy,andifthejudgeiswithinearshotofthatcomment,hewouldnodhisheadinjudicialagreement!Well,
    Iguessthatcapsit!IfalawyerandalawyerjudgebothcontendthatIamcrazy,thenImustbecrazy!They
    wouldntlietoyou!..........orwouldthey?

    ThemotiveofourFoundingFatherswastotallyselfcentered.Itwastheirpersonalgreedthatinspiredthemto
    acceptthetaskofwritingtheConstitutionoftheUnitedStatesandnotpatriotism!Inactuality,theUnited
    Statesisnotalandoraplace:Itisacorporation,alegalfictionthatexistedwellbeforetheRevolutionary

    TheConstitutionoftheUnitedStateswaswritteninsecretbytheFoundingFathersandwasneverpresented
    totheColonistsforavote.Surely,anydocumentasimportantasthisdemandedtheapprovalofthepeopleit
    governed!Well,itwasntpresentedforavotebecausetheConstitutionwasn'tcreatedfor"WethePeople,"it
    wascreatedbyandfortheFoundingFathers,theirfamily,heirsandtheirposterity!TheConstitutionisa
    businessplanandanyreferencecontainedwithinitthatappearstobethesafeguardofaRightisthere
    becausenoneoftheFoundingFatherstrustedeachother.Thesafeguardswereintendedtopreventanyone
    orgroupofthemfromcuttingouttheothers!Provingthat;Theresnohonoramongthieves!

    Americansarenotunlikeallotherhumanswhoinhabittheearth.Allhumanbeingspossessmalleableminds,
    whicharemindsthatcanbeshapedandcontrolled;andwhengovernmentshapesandcontrolsamind,its
    calledbrainwashing.Brainwashingcausesthesubjecttobecomefunctionallyilliterate.InAmerica,our
    functionalignoranceexcelsintheareasofhistory,governmentandlaw,whichreallyareoneinthesame.
    Ninetyeightpercentoftheofficialsinpublicofficearelawyersandthesesocalledrepresentativessetpolicy
    andcreatedthelawsthatgovernthissociety.TheiruseofGreekandLatintermsinlawandthehabitof
    changingdefinitionsandtheusageofcommonwordsisintentional.Theintentistoconfoundandconfusethe
    generalpublic;andtohidethetreasontheyareimplementing;andsothatmembersofthepublicareforced
    ordecidetohirealawyeroutoffrustration,ratherthantrytorepresentthemselvesinour,fictionalcourtsof

    TherehasneverbeenalawonthebookscreatedbytheCongress,whichmadeitillegalforacommonmanto
    practicelaw.EveryJudgeofaDistrict,CircuitorAppealCourt,exceptJusticesandMagistrates,isalawyerand
    amemberoftheBar.TheseJudgeshavetheauthoritytoestablishlocalrulesofcourtandthosementioned,
    havecreatedalocalrulethatpreventscommonpeoplefromrepresentinganyotherpersonintheircourtor
    topracticelawwithoutalicense!AlicenserequiresthatyouproduceyourBarAssociationnumber.Forthose
    whodontknow,theBarAssociationissimplyaLawyersUnion,andwhenlawyersareacceptedintotheBar,
    theyarerequiredtoswearallegiancetoaforeignpower!TheAmericanBarAssociationisabranchofa

    WheneverItellpeoplethatthereisnoactuallawthatmakesitacrimetorepresentanotherpersonincourt,
    theirreactionis,liar!IremindthemthatAbrahamLincolnandClarenceDarrowneverwenttolawschoolor
    passedtheBar,buttheirreactionisunderstandablebecausetheBarisaverypowerfulorganizationandits
    membershaveinfiltratedeverynitchofAmericanlifeandbusiness.Howmanytimesinyourlifehaveyou
    heard,Youcantpracticelawwithoutalicense?Ivehearditsaidinnumerousmoviesspanningonehundred
    years;inmymotherssoapsandbycomediansinjokesandintheatricalskits.Iveseenthephraseinprintin
    newspaperarticles,magazinesandhearditontheradio!BeforeIlearnedthetruthaboutthisfact,evenmy
    personallawyermadethatcommenttome!Weallhavebeenbrainwashedtobelievealieandbecauseweve
    hearditsooftenfrompeoplewetrustandwhoaresupposedtohaveourbestinterestatheart;wealljust
    assumeitmustbetrue!Howmanyotherlieshaveyouassumed,mustbetrue?

    OurAmericasocietyhasbeenliedtobytheirgovernmentandlawyersmoretimesthanyouwillsignyour
    nameinyourlifetime,andwehavebeenindoctrinatedbrainwashedtobelievethattheConstitutionwas
    createdforWethePeople.Thepurposebehindtheseliesistomakeyoubelievethatyouarefree,safe,
    protectedandsecure,anditisallanhallucination!Howmanyofyouhavestudiedeachlineofthe
    Constitution;theStatutesatLargeandtheArticlesofConfederation,armedwithareputabledictionaryora
    lawdictionaryfromthatera?

    Ifyoutakethetimetodothis,youwillsoondiscoverthatthetruepurposeoftheConstitutionwastocreatea
    businessplanandtoestablishaMilitaryGovernment,fortheprotectionoftheFoundingFathers,theKings
    commerce,protectionofhisAgentsandthefuturecontrolofhissubjectSlaves!EventhepreambleoftheU.S.
    Constitutionisacluetothelieandwhichstates,...toourselvesandourposterity!Ifyouneversawthetitle,
    TheConstitution,andyouwerenevertoldwhatthisdocumentwasabout;whatdoyouthinkwouldbeyour
    firstimpressionuponhearingorreading:...toourselvesandourposterity!TheCONSTITUTIONisnotforWe
    thePeopleandAMERICAisaMatrixofmisinformation.Intheeyesofthoseincontrol;Americaisnothing
    morethanalargePlantationandWethePeoplearetheSlaves.InmanyU.S.andWorldTreaties,theterm
    highcontractingpowersisusedtodefineyourMasters!Everyoneelseisconsideredbythemtobetheir
    Slaves!

    AlloftheFoundingFathershadtwothingsincommon.Theyallsharedthegiftofagoodeducationorwere
    giftedindividuals,andtheyallcamefromfamiliesofbusinessandorsubstance.Thesemenallsufferedfrom,
    visionsofgrandeur!TheyviewedAmericaastheironeopportunitytomakethempowerfulandwealthy
    ..........toourselvesandourposterity!Initially,theirplanwastostealAmericaawayfromtheKing;despite
    thefactthatKingGeorgefundedtheexplorationoftheNewWorld,whichlegallygavehimfirstclaimtoall
    newcontinentsdiscovered.

    TheseizureoftheAmericasbytheKingsexplorerswasnotasithasbeendepictedinourhistorybooks,
    presentedtousbyourgovernment,inourgovernmentcontrolledpublicschools.NativeAmericans(the
    Indians)weremurdered,theirvillagesburned,manywereenslaved,infectedbydiseasesbroughtfrom
    Englandandtheirlandstakenbyforceandthethreatofforce,bytheseearlyexplorers!TheIndianswere
    labeledsavagesbytheseimmigrantexplorersfromEngland,butthetruesavageswereourEnglishancestors!

    OnethingtheFoundingFathersdidnotknow,wasthatalloftheKingslandsandallfutureacquisitionssuchas
    theAMERICAS,hadbeengivenandpledgedbyKingJohntoPopeInnocentIIIandtheHolyRomanChurch,by
    theTreatyof1213.AfterthatfactwasproventotheFoundingFathers;KingGeorgeandrepresentativesfrom
    theVatican;decidedtousetheConstitutionaldraftcreatedbytheFoundingFathers,tofurthertheirplanto

    Didyouknowthat98%oftheLawSchoolsinAmericaandEnglanddonotincludeConstitutionalLawasapart
    oftheirlawcurriculum?ThereasonforthisphenomenonisbecauseConstitutionalLawdoesnotapplytoor
    affecttheenforcementofstatutes,codesoradministrativeregulations,whichhavereplacedconstitutional
    law,thecommonlaw,publiclawandpenallawandwhichhavebeendesignedtocontrolyou;[e.g.]
    ConstitutionalLawistaughtasanelectiveatHarvard,YaleandCambridge,andonlyforstudentsoflawwho
    areplanningafuturecareeringovernment.Thisshouldmakesensetoyouasyoureadon.

    InthetrueHistoryofAmerica,neithersideWONtheRevolutionaryWar!Atfirst,theappearanceofEnglish
    troopsintheColonies;wassimplyashowofforcebyKingGeorge,intendedtointimidatetheColonistsand

    TaxCollectorstorepresentandcollecttheKingsTaxfromtheKingssubjects.[Thisistheoriginoftheconcept
    behindtheestablishmentoftheIRS].ItwasBauerwhosuggestedtoKingGeorgethatheenforceaTaxagainst
    theColonistsintheNewWorld,sincethetaxbeingcollectedinEnglandwasbarelyenoughtopaytheinterest

    theColonistsintheirWareffortsagainsthim,andbringtheColoniststotheirkneesindebt!TheKing
    succeededinaccomplishingthisthroughhisappointedcivilianfigureheadsinchargeofhisgovernmentof
    France.Mr.BauerwantedtoexpandhisBankingEmpireintotheColonies.HediscoveredthattheColonist

    promissorynotesprintedbytheColonists.AlltheColonistsagreedthattheywouldconsiderthesenotes,the

    Surreptitiously,KingGeorgeinfiltratedtheColoniesandtheirfeudalattempttoformanewgovernment,using
    spyscomposedofEnglishlawyersandEnglisharistocratsloyaltotheKing.Thespysassignmentwasto

    FoundingFathersandnottheRevolution!

    TheFoundingFatherseventuallyconcededtothedemandsofKingGeorgeandtheHolyRomanChurch,byand
    throughtheinterventionandpersuasivenessoftheKingsspys.Ironically,thecommondenominatororglue
    thateventuallyboundKingGeorge,theFoundingFathers,theEnglishlawyersandEnglisharistocratstogether
    wasasecretsocietycalledtheIlluminati.EvenPaulRevereandBenjaminFranklin,weremembersofthe
    Illuminati!ThissecretsocietyhadacriminalanddeadlypastinEuropeandinAmericatheywereeventually
    renamed,TheFreeandAcceptedMasons.ThemajorityoftheregularmembershipoftheFreeandAccepted
    MasonsdonotknowabouttheIlluminatiinfluencewithintheirrankandfile!TheIlluminatimembers
    operateoutofspecialsecretsocietiesseparatefromtheregularMasonicmembershipandarefoundinevery
    branchoftheFreeandAcceptedMasonsoftheWorld!

    ThinkabouttheColonistswhowehavebeentaughttoreverebyourpublicschoolsystem!Allofthese
    individualsweremembersofthissecretsocietyandallwereTraitors.Ourhistorybooksalsoinstructusto
    apotheosizetheFoundingFathers,butdon'tholdtheminreverence,holdthemincontempt!Byandthrough
    theirintervention,SlavesyouareandSlavesyouwilleverbe!"Anexampleofamaninhistorywehavebeen

    TheDeclarationofIndependenceisanotherstoryomittedfromourAmericanhistorybooks.Ofthefiftyone
    meninvolvedinthecreationoftheDeclarationofIndependence,

    twentyonewereactually(traitors)andontheKingspayroll.DuringtheRevolutionaryWar;EnglishOfficers
    wereprovidedthenames,addressesandfamilymembersofthesethirty(loyalists)involvedinthecreationand
    signingoftheDeclarationofIndependence.TheEnglishsoldiershadbeenorderedtohuntdownandmurder
    allthirty(loyalists),theirwives,childrenandallrelatives,withfurtherinstructionstoburntheirbodiesinside
    theirhomes.Thesoldiersweretoleavenotraceofthesemenandtheirfamilies;towipeouttheirexistence
    foraneternity!Thehistoryofcivilizationshastaughtusallthatmartyrsaredangeroustomenofpowerand
    KingGeorgedidntwanttoleaveanymartyrs!Itisprettyobviouswhoprovidedthedetailedinformationabout
    thethirty(loyalists),theirfamilyandaddresses!

    Atfirstglance,itappearedthatGuyMadisonofVirginiawassoconcernedaboutlawyersholdinganyposition
    inAmericangovernmentthathechampionedthe13thAmendment,whichbarredlawyersfromholdingany
    publicofficeingovernment!The13thAmendmentwasratifiedbutnevermadeitintoprintinourgovernment
    controlledpublicschoolbooksandclassrooms.TheAmendmentwassurreptitiouslyremovedandreplacedby
    the14thAmendment.The15thAmendmentbecamethe14thandsoon.Madisonseffortsappearadmirable
    buthislateractions,asamemberofthe1stCongresssuggeststhathisonlyrealconcernwastoblocklawyers
    fromunderminingthetheftthatheandhiscompatriotshadplannedforAmerica!

    OncethecostoftheRevolutionaryWarsufficientlyplacedtheColonistsindebttheEnglishsoldierswere
    orderedtodispensewiththeirefforts,recovertheirarmsandwithinthenexteightyearstheyeventually
    returnedtoEngland.TheColonistsweresogladtoseethefightingstopthattheyallowedthesoldiersto
    retreatandexitAmericapeacefully.ThereisanoldlegalMaximthatstates:Thefirsttoleavethefieldof
